New Vehicle Warranties
New Mazda cars and SUVs come with comprehensive warranty coverage to protect you if your vehicle has a defect due to materials or workmanship. The exact details of your coverage, including every part covered and any exceptions, will be outlined in your warranty information booklet. Your warranty coverage includes a three-year/36,000-mile* New Vehicle Limited Warranty and a five-year/60,000-mile* Powertrain Limited Warranty.
Emergency Roadside Assistance
New Mazda vehicles also include Emergency Roadside Assistance. If your car isn’t drivable because of a warranted part failure, you’ll have covered towing service to the nearest authorized Mazda service center. The coverage lasts three years or 36,000 miles.* It’s good 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
MAZDA Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Warranties
You’ll also have added peace of mind knowing you’re protected when buying one of our Mazda Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. These vehicles already go through an extensive 160-point inspection to ensure that they’re quality vehicles. If an issue should arise, you’re covered with:
- 12-month/12,000-mile* Mazda Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Limited Warranty
- Seven-year/100,000-mile* Mazda Certified Pre-Owned Limited Powertrain Warranty
- Zero deductible on covered repairs
- 24-hour Emergency Roadside Assistance
MAZDA Parts Warranty
You’ll also be covered when you purchase new or replacement Mazda parts from our dealership. We only utilize genuine Mazda parts, which are quality parts that you can trust. In the rare event that they have an issue due to defective workmanship or materials, you are covered by the Replacement Parts and Accessories Warranty for up to 12 months or 12,000 miles.*
MAZDA Accessories Warranty
A warranty also covers Genuine Mazda accessories. As long as your accessory is a genuine Mazda accessory installed at the dealership, its coverage is identical to that provided by the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.
