I was very happy with my experience at Paretti Mazda. I brought my car in for a check up and they did an oil change wash the car. All the employees were very helpful and very polite. It was a overall great experience.
Eddie C. is great! Very nice and knowledgable. I was able to test drive a car twice without feeling pressure to purchase the most expensive car on the lot. Because of Eddie’s customer service, I decided to purchase a car at Paretti Mazda!
Everything about the process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Nicholas (“Nick”) made the experience feel very personal and took the time to answer all of our questions without hesitation. He genuinely helped us find the best choice for our needs. After the purchase, I experienced a small issue and was about to email them about it, but before my message even went through, they called me directly, resolved the problem quickly, and apologized for the delay. That level of customer service really stood out to me. They truly do a great job, and I highly recommend them!

Everyone here is nice, but Mr. Ed Burrow was my salesman and he was excellent. He was patient, kind, and worked with my situation. He was very thorough in answering anything I asked and made sure I had what I needed. I intend to keep my new car until the wheels fall off, so my only regret is that I won't have another opportunity to purchase a car from him for many years! But I will happily recommend him for friends and family and for anyone looking for a car.
The service department took care of me and my vehicle adequately and quickly. Amandalynn kept me up with updates and the technician did a good job on the video inspection they offer. Would definitely go back when my vehicle needs service again.
Arrived before 7:30 AM so first in line. Condition: Light for possible trouble in braking system. At 10 AM got inspection video about tire tread depth etc. NOTHING ABOUT THE LIGHT. ASKED WHAT WAS GOING ON. Told they were working on it. 12:30 PM, left to go home in another car because still no information. Called and came back about 1:45 PM because car was needed to go to work. Told they did a software update and were testing the car. Prognosis of success is unknown. Felt like we were being strung along. Others came and went while we sat there. UNSAT.
I traded in my CX30 for a CX90 at Paretti less than a week ago. My salesman, Justin Elzy helped make the process seamless and very time efficient. He’s also been extremely responsive to any issues or questions I’ve had post-sale. Pleased with my purchase so far.

Had a great experience purchasing a CPO 2025 Mazda CX30 for a friend of mine’s daughter. Was initially contacted by salesman Marc. Very professional and helpful. Was able to negotiate a great deal with Marc and sales manager Tim. No high pressure sales. Very upfront sales transaction. A must dealership to visit when looking for a new or used Mazda (or any other vehicle you are looking for).
Even though service was short staffed due to an emergency, they worked through the difficulties and did a wonderful job

I had a very difficult and prolonged experience with the service department at Paretti Mazda that lasted nearly three months before it was finally resolved.
I originally brought my 2019 Mazda CX-5 in for drivability issues and a check engine light. I was told the Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor needed to be replaced and paid for the repair. Within days, the same symptoms returned.
After continued problems and additional diagnostics, it was later determined that the actual issue was within the EVAP system (purge valve and evaporative canister). Those repairs were eventually completed under warranty.

Ed was fantastic. He listened to my request in a new car. He did not laugh too much when I realized I had left my driver’s license at home and had to return to retrieve it. Incredibly patient . My old car was a 2009 and Ed carefully explained all the new bells and whistles. He made a usually stressful experience a positive one.
Making a customer pay for a "diagnosis fee" ($185) without a fix is not good repeat business.

This was my first time using the Service Department. Didn’t know what to expect, but it was okay. Got my car back was surprised to have my mirrors moved, my carpet not put back in place and my passenger seat moved all the way up. I just brought the car for Oil Change and Tire rotation. All in all everything was ok.
