So incredibly impressed with Lorraine!! I called several hours ago with a key fob issue. I explained my issue and she suggested I come by but also thought I probably needed a new fob. She could tell I was not happy with that as this car is used but new to us. Then to my surprise, she called me back a few hours later asking me to please come by because she took the time to re-consult with the service team and they may have some solutions! SO IMPRESSED she took the time to seek additional info and to call me back. Simply put, Lorraine rocks - 10 out of 10!!

Fast forward 8 years from my last Paretti review in 2016, it's now 2024, and I am in the market for a new car for my wife. To be honest, the Mazda's were not her first choice for her new car, and you know the saying; "happy wife, happy life", so we test drove the vehicles she was interested in. However, before deciding to pull the trigger on her first choice, I told her to just go look at the Mazda's. As per my last review, I helped negotiate a deal on a Mazda 3 for my uncle. Therefore, I called General Manager Troy Lyle, who was the Sales Manager at the time of my uncle's purchase, and he advised me that he remembered that deal. He is the General Manager now and told me he'd put me with a great team. And if I didn't feel I was getting the best deal, to call him back directly. Shortly thereafter, I got a call from current sales Manager Mike King, who along with Troy, have decades of experience at Mazda. He stated he was going to have 'sales guide" John Worthington take care of us. John called me pretty quickly to see what we were interested in, which at the time was the CX-5 and CX-50. We made an appointment to meet with John and immediately upon walking through the front door, the dealership exuded class. Everything was well lit, we were greeted courteously, and the dealership was immaculate. A lot of time and attention went into this showroom, but I digress. The receptionist paged John to the front, and he greeted us both enthusiastically and courteously. The CX-5's we were initially interested in were a little smaller than our outgoing car, therefore we dismissed it without even driving it. We opted to test drive the naturally aspirated and turbocharged versions of the CX-50, which we really liked. John was a very low pressure (actually no pressure) salesman that answered all of our questions as we both drove each car on the test drives. He gave us some preliminary numbers and we told him we'd think about it. He said he'd call us back in a week just to check in (no pressure). Prior to his call, after doing a lot of Mazda research, we started to look at the bigger, more luxurious CX-90 and told John when he called that we'd like to test drive one. For the price of a loaded CX-50, we could get a larger, more luxurious CX-90, but with a few less bells and whistles. One we test drove it; we were hooked. Again, John was very informative and answered all our questions, including the dozen questions from my young son. He gave us a fair quote and we told him we'd seriously consider it. We told John wanted the best absolute deal we could get, and Sales Manager Mike King followed up with us and told us that the deal we were being offered was as good as it gets. I had done a lot of research and believed him, as everyone had been so professional and accommodating. The car we wanted in the color we wanted was at Paretti Mazda in Covington, but they brought it to Paretti Mazda in Metairie to make the sale. The finance Manager (Brett McSpadden) was off duty the day we purchased our vehicle, so Sales Manager Mike King was the finance manager that day. Mike was very informative but not pushy in trying to upsell us on anything we didn't want, and even told us things that we should not buy. We spent approximately one hour in finance before the deal was done and then John walked us through the actual delivery. John helped us with familiarization of the car as well as helping us set up the Mazda app on my phone. Before we drove off the lot, he told us to contact him or drop by for anything relating to the car. He even followed up a few days later to see how we were enjoying the car. We had a wonderful experience at Paretti and can not recommend them enough. If you are in the market for a new car, take a look at Mazda and ask for John Worthington.

We just bought my wife's CX-5 at Paretti. It was a far superior to experience to the dealer where we brought my car--from finance, to the introduction to the service department, to paperwork, we were made to feel welcome and important. There was no shortage of attention, and small touches, like having snacks and bottled water available in the waiting area, all make for a nice experience.

Recently purchased a 2024 CX-30 Carbon Edition through Matthew at Paretti Mazda. I was genuinely blown away as this is the first dealer I've been too that didn't try to up-sell, or have any hidden fees. The entire team with Brett and Mike tried to get me thr best deal possible. I won't deal with any other dealership again when I end up getting a new vehicle. I highly recommend Paretti!

Such a friendly and professional atmosphere at Paretti Mazda! Hannah met me immediately at my car, she greeted me and verified what services I was having done. She showed me to the seating area and explained that if I needed to ask any questions, there was the text she sent me that I could use.
