No Pressure sales! I wanted the car, they knew it, I paid. They were professional and delivered everything they promised.I searched for three months and they had the best car.
Brought the car in for a battery check, they switched it out along with one other item they caught and was in and out in 2 1/2 hours.
Service entrance is a bit hidden but once you find it, the team was quick to respond, professional, kept me updated on wait time and very polite.
I normally wait while my car is in for scheduled service. The waiting area is comfortable, with access to bottled water, snacks, tv and WiFi. Paretti Mazda makes me not mind waiting for the hour or more for my car.
Cant say enough about the Mazda car itself, the employess you come in contact with and service! AAA+ all the way!!! Thank you! came in the Service dept. for brakes, window not working and oil change.
